I know that I said that I am going to write every day in December but as I often quote Jon Bon Jovi when he said “Map out your future – but do it in pencil.

The road ahead is as long as you make it. Make it worth the trip.” I have been quite busy lately however explaining what I did is not what I wish to write today. As it is Christmas I allowed myself to make a value check. What is important to me and how I run my life and A bit of what is important generally.  Lately, I took a good look around me and did the evaluation 🙂

My values are:

  • relationships ( family and friends)
  • kindness
  • soul searching
  • helping others

Be kind, be good, and tell the people that you love that you love them.

I am proud of these values and I work every day on them. Family and Friends are the most important for me as these are the people who make every success that I have in life even bigger, every laugh I have even more fun, I can say that my family and friends give the rhythm to the song I call life. My family and people that I call my Friends are truly my treasures. Each individual is a strong, amazing, warm, kind and unique. I am grateful every day to have them in my life and I have to remind myself every day to not take them for granted and to show each and every one how much I appreciate them and how much they mean to me.

My value is also to be kind to others and to teach others how to be kind to one and other. Somehow I am kind of sad when I look around as people generally do not show kindness to each other. And this is Christmas time, time to truly be kind so If you are reading this be kind to people you love, be kind to people who you meet, even to the lady that works in supermarket as she is not with her family so you can get bread, wine, meat to bring it to your family. And think that maybe she has not had a good life but she puts the smile on her face every day so you feel welcome in the store.

Being kind is the present that does not cost anything but it shore is priceless.

Helping others is also one of the things people often forget. We are selfish and we often think what we need, what we wish, what we would if we could. But it is a holiday season so help me and make something good. Try to think what others need, others wish, what others would if they could. Try to set up your mind frame like this for a week. As you will reward your self with a completely new insight in your own soul. I believe that helping others is like helping yourself You never know when you will be on the other side looking and needing help.

But most of all I have one wish this Christmas:

Be kind, be good, and tell the people that you love that you love them.

ups 😉 I have another wish

Be happy, smile, laugh, party and maybe even fall in love,

do everything you need to be happy and to make this world a better place 🙂

Marry Christmas

Your Maša 🙂
